Name your model any name you want but make sure it's something that's easy to remember. Ranaming a model is not possible after training.
The trigger word is the keyword that is associated with the subject of your trained model. Make sure it's unique and not a real word.

Training your model takes 15~30 minutes depending on the number of photos uploaded. You can leave the page and come back later.
Once your model is trained, you can start generating images. Make sure to include the subject keyword in your prompts.
